Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition
- It must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product): InkPoster will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind: Return will be free of charge within first 30 calendar days after purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance merchandise
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products damaged due to misuse or modification
