The Largest Color ePaper Art Poster Debuts in Europe

The Largest Color ePaper Art Poster Debuts in Europe

This January at Maison&Objet in Paris, InkPoster unveils Tela 40.5”, the world’s largest color ePaper art poster ever created, introducing a new category in interior design. The new InkPoster Tela 40.5” with over-one-meter width, merges art, design, and technology into a single, non-intrusive object made for modern living spaces.

The new Tela 40.5” is introduced along with another new model – InkPoster Duna 40.5”, with same extraordinary A1-size screen, created in collaboration with the iconic Italian design house Pininfarina. Inspired by Pininfarina’s automotive legacy, with its sculptural frame, refined materials, and monumental A1-format screen, Duna became one of the most discussed design presentations at the world’s leading technology event.

Discover both new InkPosters, with A1 screen-size, at Maison&Objet, January 15-19, and see the world’s largest color ePaper art poster in person:

Spectacular A1-size digital screen with paper soul

Tela 40.5” is the largest color ePaper art poster ever created, presented in an impressive A1 format designed for true visual impact. Its grand size is paired with a refined, gallery-style presentation, complete with a passepartout that draws focus to the artwork rather than the device. The paper-like surface delivers the softness and depth of a real print – much like vinyl preserves the warmth of analog sound. Unlike TVs or digital frames with LCD screen that glow constantly, Tela 40.5” remains calm and non-intrusive. Millions of microscopic color capsules inside the display form the image and stay in place without power, allowing the artwork to remain visible for up to a year on a single charge.

No cords – no design compromises

Tela 40.5” is completely cordless, allowing it to be placed exactly where art belongs – without sockets, cables, or design compromises. Hung like a real artwork, it feels like part of the interior rather than another electronic device. This freedom is made possible by ePaper technology, which uses energy only when the image is changed. Even when switched off, the artwork remains fully visible in Power-Off mode. The result is a refined design object ideally suited for premium homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, and curated public spaces.

Digital art without visual noise

Tela 40.5” emits no glow, no flicker, no heat, and no sound, creating an experience closer to printed art than a digital device. Unlike LCD-based Art TVs or digital frames, it does not illuminate the room or draw attention to itself. There is no Blue Light and no glare, allowing the artwork to remain soft and natural under real ambient light. The device quietly disappears into the space, leaving only the image behind. This mindful approach makes it ideal for interiors that value calm, focus, and visual comfort.

One tap – new atmosphere

Tela 40.5” combines the emotional presence of paper art with the flexibility of digital screen – changing the mood of a space takes just one tap. The InkPoster app offers access to thousands of curated works – from classical masterpieces to vintage posters and contemporary art. Personal images and meaningful moments can also be displayed with the same ease. Users can manage multiple displays at once, even remotely. This makes Tela 40.5” a powerful yet effortless tool for shaping interior mood and identity.
